They’re connected but not identical. Functional medicine is designed to identify the root causes of ongoing or complex health issues. Our Wellness & Preventative Care services are ideal for clients who feel mostly well but want to take a more intentional, lab-informed approach to staying that way.
Yes. Based on your intake and labs, we create a custom plan that may include nutrition, targeted supplements, and lifestyle support to optimize your energy, sleep, digestion, and mood. We also review any current supplements to ensure they’re safe and effective for you.
That depends on your goals and what we find in your labs. Some clients check in quarterly, while others prefer biannual wellness reviews. If we’re actively working on optimization or correcting imbalances, we may recommend more frequent touchpoints early on — always tailored to your pace and preferences.
We do not bill insurance directly, but we’re happy to provide a superbill you can submit for potential reimbursement. Lab testing may be partially or fully covered depending on your plan. Many clients use HSA/FSA funds to cover visits, labs, and supplements.
