Meet Alex, a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for delivering personalized, holistic care that empowers patients to feel their best, inside and out. With a rich background in both urgent care and integrative medicine, Alex combines evidence-based practices with a whole-person approach to health. Her expertise spans hormone replacement therapy, weight management, primary care, aesthetics and functional medicine. She’s trained in Integrative and Functional Nutrition through
IFNA, with a focus on gut health, hormone balance, metabolic healing, and
performance nutrition and with the Institute of Functional Medicine in Applied Functional Medicine for Clinical Practice. Known for her warm, patient-centered style, Alex takes the time to truly listen, understand your story, and create a care plan that aligns with your unique goals and lifestyle.

Care typically begins with foundational labs, followed by a personalized virtual consultation and ongoing support.
Aesthetics & Skin Health
(Available locally through in-clinic or in-home visits)
Our aesthetic services including neurotoxins, microneedling, and chemical peels are offered in person only, either at our clinic or through select in-home appointments.
Each treatment begins with a personalized aesthetic consultation and is designed to deliver refined, confidence-enhancing results tailored to your skin and goals.

For patients interested in hair loss, acne, fatigue, or longevity-focused skin health, wellness labs may be recommended to support results from the inside out.
